Thank you again because I started off my eBay account with your eBay Power Seller Course too and I am also signed up to your monthly Source Report. The resistance bands did wonders and are still flying..... I have sold a few and yet to order more. The image of my resistance band I must say was not so good looking but I reduced my price by £0.05 and had a good write up with a video and I was surprised how quick it all sold off.
I remember having problems with eBay at the initial stage and my account was closed for about 2 weeks that scared me but thank goodness I was able to send all the necessary information they requested and it has since being reinstalled. At the moment I will be hitting by Gods Grace the power seller level , I have managed to sell about 125 items totalling to £3000 with 100% feedback thanks to all your great tips ..... I still have a lot of work to do and will continue to build my shop/business. ... I dream to leave my Job eventually. I also need to build my website.

I bought your book "The £2,500 per week eBay Powersellers Secrets approximately two years ago, read it and them put it down and did not follow it up.
I knew that the book would help me achieve my goal of setting up my own eBay business but as you know life goes on with jobs and family and as always I thought that I did not have the time to do it. It wasn't until towards the end of last year that I started getting into a bit of a financial pickle due to the credit crunch. My partner also was going through a difficult time at work and was not happy travelling from Leicester to Luton each day on the wage she was being paid. In December 2010 I re-read your book and thought that enough was enough and in 2011 I was going to start a eBay business. After persuading my partner to read your book we made a pact that we would put all our spare time and energy into this project. We both found the chapter on Mindset the best because it made both of us think what we both wanted to achieve. It put us both in the correct frame of mind. I remember a article you had written about collectibles last year and this struck a bell with me.
We decided to go for the collectibles niche and attending all the auctions in our area. We were very lucky to come upon something to do with collectibles on our first visit and purchased them just after Christmas.
On 1st of January 2011 we listed our very first item together. After following your advice in the book we had our first sale 5 days later. From the profits that we made from our first listings we purchased more items in February and listing them. So far after two months our profits have just passed the £1000 mark. Not bad for first timers approximately £500 each month. We are taking your advice and re-invested the profits for more items. Tomorrow we are going to an auctioneers and we both know exactly what items we will be bidding on due to your sound advice. We have not yet left our jobs yet and are doing this part time only, but I can see a day in the future where we will both resigned from our jobs and start this business full time.
From reading your book and following your advice and using your vast experience, I can confidently predict that one day my partner and I will become power-sellers.

I have been e-baying for some years now, sometimes with success and sometimes not. To start with I was not thinking of it in business terms, like everyone else I just got rid of a few bits and pieces around the house. Even so I always enjoyed the whole process - listing, packing, the fascinating destinations to where the parcel was being sent and especially seeing the money in my pay pal account building up.
A few years later after my first official sale I decided to make a living from e bay and with very little knowledge gained from a course
I was studying I went out and bought £700`s worth of a slimming tablets which never sold. I didn't realise about saturated categories
and I thought that if I didn't`t buy £700`s worth of the tablets the wholesaler would not take me seriously! I didn't ask for samples or even test the market before I bought. I really had no clue as to where I had gone wrong. My first (serious) taste of e bay was a flop.
That was about two to three years ago and so still in my nine to five and desperate to get out I thought I would try again, this time with
the Amanda O`Brien`s Ultimate eBay Success System.
I couldn't`t believe that Amanda was so forthcoming with the helpful information and in a simple and easy to understand manner, unlike my last course which kept you hanging on for the next juicy bit of information but in the end usually skirted around any much needed details, Amanda is full of useful information and ready to share it.
I went on to sell related products (still in small quantities) ordered from china, US , and the UK. Opened an e bay shop and now have a bronze power seller status, none of which I would have done if it hadn`t been for Amanda`s guide.
I still religiously scour Amanda`s e bay success guide and subscribe to the monthly source report, as if I didn't have it I wouldn't`t
have a clue where to look to source(but I am learning, even from my mistakes) . My e bay success would have taken far longer and without the support and enthusiasm from Amanda it would be easy to give up when you are having a bad day.
I have probably doubled if not tripled my initial outlay, but it has all gone back into my business to buy more successful products and
more new products etc. I intend to carry on, learn and not be put off by small hurdles. Amanda's strategies and techniques really work to help save time and simplify what seems technical and hard, as my son says “KISS” keep it simple silly!! and for some one like myself who has has no IT skills what so ever it is just what I needed to start, to carry on, and make
my business a success.

Until I read an article about Amanda in ‘Cotswold Life’ – I had never heard of her – but her name was soon to become one that was mentioned several times a day in our household!
After reading the article I bought her book "Powersellers Secrets”.. – which paid for itself in no time at all.
From never, ever having attempted to sell anything on eBay before, I became a ‘Silver Powerseller’ within about 15 weeks.
I tentatively touched the ebay keyboard in December. My first orders were sent out in January, and in 5 months I had posted over 1,000 orders ..... from what I have done, I can see that if you really put your mind to it, it could be perfectly possible with the right product(s) to make £2,500 per week.
I would never had done anything like this without the help of Amanda and her book. My listings are far better than other eBayers who have been doing it for years – all because of the tips and information she gives, which I would otherwise never have known. Small tips, which make the world of difference.

As it was £67 I was very dubious but she kept saying about it & eventually I gave in.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your hard work and support you are giving us all.
You may remember (don’t expect you to with so much going on and so many people to keep in touch with) that I had a great start to my eBay ‘career’ but then it went a bit sour due to a few breakages (post office fault) and a very few poor feedbacks but it made a big negative impact on my sales....I became very frustrated, angry and de-motivated (not something that I am used coming from a very high pressure direct sales environment).
I am usually able to analyse and make very quick changes to ensure continued success (but with eBay it sometimes means you have to take your time and just let things happen) Well it’s certainly happening...and I am delighted to advise that I am now a power seller with 100% feedback, I have an eBay shop, an external website and have had to start a new company to keep on top of things....and things are going from strength to strength...I just now need to add to my range of products....(or even add a NEW range of products) and keep at it.

I took Amanda's course on a 30 day trial one month ago. This course is packed full of essential information, tips and tools needed to sell on eBay and grow a business. I have tried many different courses on make money on the Internet but all of the others disappointed me.

I hope you are well. I just wanted to let you know that last night I finished reading the downloadable version of UPSS for the first time. I thought it was fantastic. The information was in my opinion brilliant because the material provided allows everyone to set up and run a complete business starting at a very simple level with just one product (rinse and repeat ) and then gradually expand the business using the other outlets suggested (e.g. construct your own website etc).
With time and depending on how much everyone puts into it the business can continually grow and it is also a business which should evolve and stand the test of time as opposed to something which may be here today and gone tomorrow. You are indeed living proof of that, and a great role model.

Just to let you know how I have been getting on with my eBay business. I bought your manual 3 or 4 months ago. Now I did open a shop around 3 years ago and had some success selling game cd roms but ended up breaking even after a lot of work. I always held an interest in eBay and when I came across your book I had to give it a try. To keep this short I am now using 4 different dropshippers, 3 of which you suggested. I have upgraded to a Featured shop so I can list at a cheaper rate. To add to this I have just become a bronze powerseller which I was very pleased about. Anyway thanks for a brilliant manual and I wouldn't have got anywhere near this far without it.

I did not expect to learn too much from your book. Frankly, I was more interested in easily obtaining a list of wholesale suppliers that have been successful for someone else! Just a short note to let you know how I am going on after buying your manual I have been using ebay for quite a while and had sold various items (not to successfully) I received your manual 3 weeks ago, read it twice, then a third time, ordered stock at a good price, after all fees I am making 98% profit (which I have never done before) The part I liked best was where you explain in detail about Keywords in the Title. I printed off the top 12 sellers in my catagory and tried to see what they had in common, wrote my own title and description (which I thought was as good or better than theirs). The only thing I did that was different was to put a short video of the item (XXXXXXXXXXXX) in the description. I was a bit worried because my listing didnt show up on ebay for 12 hours then hey presto it was up an running. Within the first 24 hrs of it opening I had made 8 sales and in 36 hrs made 13 sales, which I think is quite good, and it is all down to you and your manual. Many thanks

I received the book yesterday (Saturday morning) and as I write now (Sunday evening) I have just completed my read right through it and I wanted to make a few comments if I may:
It is the most informative and detailed book of its type that I have read and if it has missed anything out I haven't noticed it (yet!). It has given me the confidence to go ahead and more than that, the enthusiasm too. It is actually well written and how refreshing it is to not keep stumbling over typos, spelling and grammar mistakes such as appear in most online e-books, sales pages etc. Why don't they at least spell check - don't they care? It just looks so unprofessional and makes me immediately doubt the quality of the content. I actually pointed this out to one author and he said it was deliberate - to avoid it looking "corporate".........??
So in short - excellent! Thanks Amanda, a job well done that I will put more truly to the test in the coming weeks.

With the invaluable information provided by Amanda, I have been able to give up my office job and I am now working hours to suit myself, with an income equal to what I used to earn in my previously unsatisfying day job.
The really great prospect though, is that I am only just scratching the surface - once I put all the practices into place I know my business will expand much further. I started off selling imported wholesale goods and I now sell cosmetics - simply because that's what interests me and it's what I know about. I am now an ebay Top Rated PowerSeller with a turnover last year of £22k.
My projections are that this will double this year as sales for the last two months already stand at £10.5k. I am currently averaging 150 transactions per month which has seen my feedback rating soar. ebay does requires ongoing marketing and I have been able to draw loads more people to my auctions with your help and the strategies you detail in The Ultimate eBay Success System. With your help I have also built my own website which supplements my ebay sales. A few weeks ago I purchased your ebay powersecrets manual and I thought it was put together very well and explained everything in great detail. You obviously put a lot of time and effort into creating this and I for one would like to thank you for that.
After reading the contents thoroughly, and doing a little research, I have decided on two particular niches to start off with, but I will ultimately start of with one. The niches are xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx and xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx, which you say you sell in yourself and is a very active market with great potential.
One of the wholesalers you eluded to in the manual sells these xxxxx xxxxxx for only xx xx each (around xxx). I worked out that if I sell them on Ebay for xx xx each I will potentially make 500 per cent profit per xxxxx xxxxx sold. I'm seriously considering this one.
